Terms And Conditions

Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.
We will send you an email to confirm the order and inform you of a posting date.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available we will advise you of this and refund any money paid.

All dresses take approximately 4 weeks to be made and reach you.

Returns

We offer a no hassle refund or exchange on all items so long as they have not been worn and are free from wear signs and offensive odours i.e. smoke, pets.
You can cancel this contract at anytime up to 7 working days after the day of delivery using our returns form or by emailing us at care@dressed-2-kill.co.uk.
You must return goods to us at your own expense and ensure goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Delivery will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration then we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Excluded Services

Made to measure gowns are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is an issue with quality.

Refunds

Refunds are usually issued within 72 hours but may take up to 28 days in some rare cases.
A completed returns form should be enclosed in the parcel to avoid delays in refunding.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods please contact us to rectify the problem.

Undelivered Parcels

All parcels do need to be signed for. Your local sorting office will keep any uncollected parcels for two weeks and after this they will be returned to us.
The postage will then need to be paid for again and if the postal service did not leave a calling card then a claim should be put in for Royal Mail to refund you the postage.
If the parcel was returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address given on the order form then postage will also need to be paid again.

Security policy

Our on-line ordering system uses Paypal. The latest secure encryption technology.
All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.

Delivery Details

We post everyday Mon � Fri by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed to reach you before 1pm the following day.
Our flat rate shipping to the UK is �8 + �4 for each additional item. Please note that this covers the packaging as well as the postage.
We cannot be held responsible for postal strikes which delay the delivery of goods.
International orders will be sent by international signed for at a flat rate of �23 per item.

Changes to the Above Terms

We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
